Shipping & handling fees are paid by the customer as part of the Free + Shipping promotion. These fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control (e.g., strikes, natural events, or global disruptions).

Incorrect Addresses:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders sent to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.

Damaged/Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@prayer-blessing.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
